FAQ

Can I bring my fur baby to the photoshoot.

A. Fur babies are more than welcome as long as the location allows, and they are well behaved.
If you only want your fur baby in a few shots please bring someone with you to hang onto your pet while not in front of the camera.

Do you instruct posing?

A. Yes I do, but I also love to do some candids with family and kids.

How long will it take to get my photos?

A. The package you chose will determine the turn around time. If it's a smaller session, your wait time will be shorter. Normally I'll have a few sneak peeks up on social media for you to view and share either the day of or day after.

Do you deliver raw or unedited files?

A. No. I do not deliver raw or unedited files. Raw or unedited images do not represent my style and brand.

Do I own copyright to images once delivered?

A. No, copyright is owned by the photographer. The final images I provide are for personal use only, for things such as social media, Christmas cards, ect. Personal use means that you cannot make money off of the images.

How do I get my photos?

A. Once editing has completed, you will receive an email with the link to your online gallery witch will allow you to print, share and download your images.

What if I'm running late?

A. I always recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early (for introductions and to get to know you), but in the event you are running late, if I have not heard from you come 20 minutes after the sessions to begin then we will have to reschedule.

What should I wear for the shoot?

A. I recommend that you wear something comfortable and fit for the location/season as most of my sessions are outdoors. I also ask you avoid flashy patterns, you do not need to match outfits but if that's something you'd like feel free. If you are super stuck I'd be more than willing to send you a styling guide.

What is your refund policy?

A. Upon booking your session, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the session fee is required. The remaining 50% is due the day of your session. In the event of sickness, and you can no longer make the session please notify 48 hours in advance and your session can be rescheduled with no additional deposit. After 48 hours a cancellation fee of $25 will be required to reschedule your session.
